Shipping policy

All henna cones are made fresh to ensure the best quality and darkest stain.

To maintain freshness, we only ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Orders placed before Monday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the next Monday.

Shipping typically takes 1–3 business days, and we aim for delivery within 3 days of shipment.

Please note: Shipping times may be affected by holidays or carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
